Mix beer, juice, spices, honey, citron, orange juice and slice of lemon, orange, apple in a sauce pan. Cover with a cap and let it brew.

Preheat the drink over low heat, without boiling. Preparing gzhanets you must follow the cardinal rule all recipes, it is not boiled but just warm up! Otherwise gzhanets loses its flavor and alchol evaporates.

The maximum heating temperature is about 70 degrees. An advantage of Gzhanets is that it can be prepared the day before, and then warmed. It will have even more intensive flavor. Remove spices, serve beer warm, garnished with slice of fruit.
