材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Baguette
1 Loaf
2 Tomatoes; chopped
1 Cup
Shiitake Mushrooms; chopped
1 Cup
Kale
1 Bunch
Basil; minced
2 Tbs
Cilantro; minced
1 Tbs
Garlic; crushed
2 Tbs
Brussels Sprout
1/2 lb
Olive Oil
2 Tbs
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
1 tsp

Bruschetta:
Slice baguette into 1 inch slices. Mix together garlic, basil, cilantro and olive oil till thick. Spread mixture on bread and bake on 375 for 10-15 minutes until toasted. Set aside. Mix chopped tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl till coated and spread on baguettes. Mix chopped mushrooms, cilantro, salt and pepper in bowl till coated and spread on baguettes. Place back on oven for 5 minutes. Done.

Kale Chips:
Place kale on baking sheet. Do not over lap. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven at 400 for 5-10 minutes until crispy. Done.

Brussels Sprout:
Heat pan on med-high. In a seperate bowl, coat brussels sprout with olive oil, salt and pepper. When pan is hot, drizzle with olive oil and pour in brussels sprout. Sear for 5 minutes then place cover over pan and simmer on med-low for 10 minutes until sprouts are fully cooked.
