Cod and King prawns marinated brochettes, polenta on a tarragon tomatoes purée

I do also love polenta, on my way. Do it with some milk and cream not with water and with some shallots garlics thyme Piments d'Espelette ( mild French pepper) and an egg. I do pan it in butter to be a little crunchy on both side.
