Avocado mixture: The avocado into a bowl and mash up them. Add the diced onions (drain from water after 10min to put hot water), tomato, cilantro, lemon juice and salt. Stir to combine and add sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Lightly oil a 16cup of mini muffin tin. Fit a wonton wrapper into each of the 16 muffin tins, pressing carefully to make sure there is an opening in the center.

Bake them in the oven for 10-12 min until they get golden brown.

In a medium bowl, combine prawns, olive oil, garlic, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Pre heat pan to medium high heat. Add prawns to cook, flipping once until pink and opaque, about 2min on each side.

Fill each wonton with 1tbs of avocado salsa and 1prawn. Garnish with cilantro.
