Cut pork belly thinly and set aside. On a heated pan pour 2 tspb oil and sautee onion garlic tomatoe chillies. Then add pork belly and add the chicken or pork stock. Cover lid foe about 5 minutes til the pork is soft. Add the noodles and stir slowly. Add your favorite veggies and cook for another 5 minutes. Do not overcoook vegetables.

Dish out on a plate top with lemon and garnish with spring onions. Serve while it is hot.
