Stir fried with shrimps,cabbage,cloud ear,野沢菜,からし菜... Came across this rare veggie in the market,it looked familiar but I knew nothing about it,(the veggies seller lady wasn't helping),bought some home and experiment with it,along with some leftovers in the fridge.
野沢菜we don't have ,but we have からし菜,this type we call 春菜and only available early spring. But it the first time I see 蕾菜here,the lady couldn't give me more information,I search for recipe myself,I didn't find anything I like,so I used my imagination and this came up.I love this veggie now,fresh and tender,slight sweetness,and mild bitterness,just like how spring vegetable should be,I can't wait until next year,want to try something else with it!

どれも青梗菜に似てるような気がするなぁ…キャベツ系なのか、青菜系なのか、判断が難しい。

是春天蔬菜的味道,清爽脆嫩,微甜及不易察覺的苦味,配什麼也應該勝任的,我想出來的配搭,又中又日的,但效果着實不錯!

我相信我買的是中國產的,近來常常找到一些稀有的野菜,對我來說真是喜訉,雖然時常埋怨香港的種種不濟,但購買食材方面,總算什麼都可以到,很方便的!
原來如此,那你那方的蕾菜和日本的蕾菜不同! 我重新查了,日本的蕾菜是十年前新開發的,只能在福岡栽培,名字叫博多蕾菜,和中國的不同。但是,榨菜和高菜都是芥菜的一種,所以中日蕾菜的味道比較相似的。
