▪️Instructions Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Beat the eggs with the sugar until slightly thickened. This mixture should form a ribbon when you lift the beater out of the bowl. Add the butter, vanilla and orange zest; mix a few more minutes. Stir in the flour until just combined. Add cranberries and stir to mix throughout. Spread in a buttered 9×9(22cm) pan. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until very lightly browned and a toothpick inserted the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into small slices.
