Roasted whole chicken stuffed with caramelised oranges;)

Sage (fresh or dried)
Olive oil

Wash the chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper, under the skin put some sage leaves, grease with olive oil and leave for one hour to marinate.

Oranges cut the skin with knife until the pulp (to remove white skin).
Put sugar into the frying pan, oranges, and start to caramelise on the medium heat, rolling constantly in melting sugar.

Cool down oranges and put them into the chicken and stitch. Conner the edges of wings and legs with aluminum foil and bake in the oven 190-200C for 1-1.5hours depending on the size of the chicken.
