Black forest mousse; Vanilla bavarian layered with Cherry coulis and Dark chocolate cream. Top with rum cherries & angel hair chocolate.
Once again,love the pairing of all the components from the Black Forest cake,what a wonderful idea to make this into a verrine!Hope I'm not bothering you too much,but I can't resist leaving you a few words,you deserve to know how good your food is!
