cguro its from visaya..kc i remember tatay made "pulutan" before and he called it "kulaok" and the ingredients are somewhat the same..(he's from samar)
ic I know some Visayan dishes din but home of them I almost forgot the names already. like papaitan from Luzon but papaitan nila in iligan is really different. wla CLA sabaw and ang tinola nila iba rin sa luzon
