豆板酥 香菇春筍

These are Shanghainese vegetarian dishes.豆板酥is mashed up broad beans(空豆) flavoured with pickle mustard green(高菜),I love all beans and peas,so this is perfect for me.This is the fresh version,but there is another version made from dried beans,and served cold,I will get to that later.
香菇春筍is dried shi
香菇春筍is dried shitake and bamboo shoot stir-fry.干ししいたけとタケノコ炒め。
看完美味的豬腳再看到這清爽的食蔬,搭配得太好了😋

To: MangoPudding 江浙菜來說是門外漢來的,只是很喜歡吃,便試試做,但我用乾蠶豆做的豆板酥,上海朋友吃過都說不錯的。做法繁複,遲些再做吧!
