Nami's 麻婆春雨ゴーヤ入り

The only dish we have with 麻婆 style is just 麻婆豆腐,a little boring sometimes...So I just love how the Japanese makes variation of this,I have seen so many interesting one,but this one from my friend Nami attracts me so much that I have to make so quickly I saw hers,with my two very favorite things used,bitter gourd(ゴーヤ)and bean thread(春雨),and a chili minced pork sauce,I knew I will love it even before I try.Between this and original tofu dish,it's going to be very difficult to choose what to make from now on..!
Many Chinese will like this,thank you Nami and Koji for the awesome ideas always!

麻婆+αのアイディアはきっと日本が一番なんだろうなと思ってしまう今日この頃😅
麻婆味に負けないゴーヤの苦味がいいんだよね。

しかも、しめじ入れて青葱を散らすところまで同じ‼︎😆
うちのは冷蔵庫でしなびかけてたしめじを放り込んだだけだから😂リックがパーフェクトに再現してくれて嬉し恥ずかし😂

日本では麻婆豆腐アレンジのバリエーションが豊富だよね。
ナミさんちのゴーヤは窓を日陰にするためのゴーヤのカーテンらしいよ!涼しさと美味しさの一石二鳥だよね(´∀`)

Not surprised at all,this dish is very delicious!I really love how you Japanese
play around with this 麻婆 idea,I am learning Chinese cooking from you all,that's incredible!ゴーヤ is so wonderful with this sauce,I also try my best reproducing your dish by using same ingredients,shimeji,negi and sesame,all these are what I use for cooking all the time!
This has become Rick's house classic,I know I will make it over and over again,thank you so much,glad to have you here,my meals are never boring anymore!

I am really amazed at all the 麻婆dishes Japanese people created,much more interesting than our 麻婆豆腐!But this one from Nami is absolutely winner for me,I love 春雨 ,ゴーヤ,and minced meat sauces,I just didn't think of this awesome idea!
How nice,ゴーヤ plant just outside window,nice shade and at the same time,food at the doorsteps,this could never happen to me,I wish I live like this!This ゴーヤis Chinese type,the Japanese type sold out that day!It was barely cooked,that's why it has nice green colour,I love the texture like this!
By the way,I just found out ゴーヤleaves are used for cooking too in south east Asia cuisine,I haven't tried yet,but I heard it's even more bitter!
