"Eggy" Rice with vegetables

材料・調味料
Rice (cooked)
1 Cup
Tofu
1/4 package
Baby carrots
1/2 Cup
Broccoli (stems removed)
1/2 Cup
Turmeric
1-2 Tablespoons
Oil
1 Teaspoon
作り方

Drain water from the tofu. Once excess water has been drained use your hands to crumble the tofu and place directly into a pan.

Lightly boil or steam your baby carrots and broccoli until they become tender.

Drizzle your oil onto of the tofu and mix well. Then add 1-2 Tablespoons of turmeric to give the tofu it's yellow color.

Add your one cup of cooked rice and your vegetables to the cooking tofu. Continue to cook until everything has become hot.

Serve up and enjoy!
