Stuffed bell peppers with Teriyaki sauce

レシピ
材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Bell peppers (piiman)
5-6
Chopped onion
40g
Bread crumbs
1/4cup
Beaten egg (small)
1
Milk
1 1/2 tbsp
Cornstarch
1/2 tsp
Salt & pepper
To taste
For the teriyaki sauce:
Mix together
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp
Mirin
1 1/2 tbsp
Others:
Rice wine or sake
3 tbsp
Cornstarch for dusting the bell peppers
Oil
1/2tbsp
作り方

Microwave the minced onion ( 600w) for 1 min. 30 seconds

Cut the peppers in half remove the seeds the dust with cornstarch & set aside

In a bowl place the ground meat, bread crumbs, beaten egg, milk, cornstarch, salt &pepper then mix well

Stuff bell peppers with the filling then dust with cornstarch

Heat oil in the fry pan then place peppers meat side down over medium to low heat let it cook for 4 minutes

Wipe excess oil from the fry pan and pour rice wine then cover and let it cook for another 6 minutes

When the wine completely evaporates pour the teriyaki sauce until the mixture is completely absorbed. Then it's ready to serve
