～紫にんじんのマリネ

I have actually used this title before,I think it's really cool,and describes the dish well!
七味and 山椒 are my standard in my kitchen too,I could easily make something from them!
When ever I am in Kyoto,I will buy them,if they run out or expired before,I get my friend to get them for me,there are always someone going there!

I have only little knowledge about Japanese,but I always look for something interesting in Japanese magazines,books and websites,I have seen people used the title before,I think it's cool and appropriate!
Only very basic Japanese flavours here,but they are always appealing!
