Thank you! I have actually used this title before,I think it's really cool,and describes the dish well! 七味and 山椒 are my standard in my kitchen too,I could easily make something from them! When ever I am in Kyoto,I will buy them,if they run out or expired before,I get my friend to get them for me,there are always someone going there!
