Not as glittering as Yukari San's though…
Also changed a little bit,I did not marinade,and make a plum jelly/梅ゼリーwith plum wine,vinegar ,dashi,sugar./梅酒、酢,だし、砂糖。
Super good with tomatoes chilled in the fringe beforehand,I love this !

Hi Mariko San,I finally did this,it's great idea from Yukari San,I had to change this a little,I want to use up my ume wine at home,but I have to stick to the original with the presentation and the glass plate!I have to say your version looks perfect too!Thank you for resnap,very kind of you!

Thank you my friend,excellently jelly ideas comes from you,and I finally did it!Sorry I need to change this a little,just want to use up my plum wine at home.I also chill the tomatoes first,and the jelly won't melt so easily.My colleagues tried this and all said "so refreshing!",the tartness of the

jelly really brings out the sweetness of the tomatoes,and wonderful fruity aroma of plum wine too.Shiso brought some freshness as well!This is very successful,I would serve this in my restaurant!

Yukari San 的料理是毋庸置疑的!雖然不是照足她的版本做的,但相信她的必定十分美味!一直想跟他做一些啫喱的前菜料理,想起家裏有一些梅酒,便試試做,效果十分理想,酸酸的梅酒啫喱,帶出蕃茄的鮮甜,我還把蕃茄放在冰箱預冷一會,夏天吃這個太涼快了!我用的是本地有機蕃茄,比起日本來的、品質還差一大截,但做這個還可以接受的!再過一陣子吧,希望你也試試做!謝謝所有的resnap了!
