Macadamia oil: 5ml

Mutton leg: 1.2Kg

作り方

0: Squeeze the lemon and the orange.
In the same bowl, combine all the other ingredients and give it a good stir.
Apply generously as you rub it into the meat.
Keep away for an hour before roasting.
