Pâté de Campagne

I love making pâté in summer,along with some handmade bread,that's a meal on its own!

This was done last week on my day off,cooking at home makes me very relaxed,and of course I get to enjoy the food itself,photography is a favorite hobby of mine too.This is my perfect way spending my holiday!

Usually very rustic for this kind of food,but when my mood comes,I feel like making ordinary things more special,in this case cutting it in a long block and decorated with herbs and peppers,glad you like it!
