Chicken breast,red daikon salad with orange mustard dressing,inspired by Yukari San

Also with parsley,cucumber,carrot and peanuts.
I wanted something lighter and have to used up my leftover red daikon,got this idea after seeing Yukari San's delicious looking orange mustard chicken.Thank you my gourmet friend,you are my guiding light!

Thanks so much,very kind of you!I used this red daikon for my 炸醬麵 too,doesn't taste much different from the usual white one,but colour is certainly attractive!

Thanks to you,I had great meal,and everything was at home already,just had to buy chicken breast.Of course your chicken dish looks so tempting,but somehow I really felt like having something light,refreshing and cold.
