St. Sava 's pears in berry sauce🇷🇸

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Large pears, solid, peeled and halved
4pc
Forest fruit, frozen
400g
Sweet red wine *Alternatively add a spoon of honey and red wine
400ml
Raw almonds, chopped
1cup
Lemon
1
Honey
100ml
Cinnamon
1/4tsp
Whole cloves

作り方

In a deep pot, lay the pears and cover with wine to the half and cook for about 10min till half cooked.

Add frozen fruit and cover with red wine.

Add honey, cinnamon and cloves and cook for another 10 minutes taking care not to over cook the pears.

Serve with berry sauce and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
