作り方

Mix softened butter and sugar till it gets whitish, then add the egg and mix well. Add the flour and the almond powder, and mix roughly.

Put some butter on the surface of the tart mold. Spread dough in the mold with 3mm thick and make holes with a fork. Rest in the fridge for 1hour.

Mix the butter and sugar and add the egg and mix. Then add the almond powder and mix it without containing air too much. Add rum , then pour the mix in the tart dough.

Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Put them on the almond cream. Then sprinkle the sugar(30g) on it.

Preheat the oven to 180C and bake it for 50min.

Mix the ingredients of nappage in a pan and melt them. Then put it on the tart.
