• sugar
1 tsp
• vinegar

• soy sauce

jalapeño pepper**

作り方

Soak carrots, onions and daikon in • seasoning blend for at least 10-15 mins. Toast baguette and spread with liver pâté. Place veggies on top of liver, then add chicken & garnish with tomato, peppers and mint leaves.
ポイント

*used homemade jalapeño mixed nut bread
**may replace mint, jalapeño and chicken with cilantro, any hot peppers and any type of meats such as beef or cold cuts.
