How great is that,one scoop and I get a persimmon jelly and vanilla pannacotta,brilliant idea from super talented Tomo San!Very good already on its own,I added some crush almond cookies,they are always handy to have at home!
I love persimmon so much,eaten fresh or incorporate to a dessert,or even savory dishes,really versatile autumn fruit indeed!
Thank you Tomo San for this amazing creation,glad to have you round here,you have provided lots of great dishes and photos everyday,you are my inspiration!
It's me who have to say thank you,you've been given me lots of great idea,and your photos always make my mouth water!
So glad you like these molds,I think they would go well with your panna cotta!
Almond cookies are there to add texture,almonds really go well with persimmon too!
