Lamb meat
1kg
Salt and Pepper
1tsp
Garlic
2-3cloves
Water
300ml
Sauce:
Tomato
6-8pc
Crushed garlic
4-5cloves

In a pot, put lamb, salt, pepper and the cut garlic cloves and let it over the night at fridge until the next day.

Next day, take out the pot from fridge, add 300ml water and boil it low fire .

Meanwhile, another pot, cut tomatoes in slices and boil it until it becomes a thick sauce.

After the meat is boiled, add the sauce and 4-5 crushed garlic cloves and boil it for another 10min.

After boiling, the lamb is ready to be served.
