You know this is my kind of dish!
Most of the time I just cook for myself,and one dish dinner like this works for me,I always love rice covered with a white or red sauce and baked until the top nice and caramelized,but I only find out recently they are called ドリアin Japanese,and I wonder where that c

comes from...Love that orange and leafy green salad too,it's stylishly presented,and it's so you.
May be you have nothing much to talk about this dish,but simple things like this always carry big flavor,and I certainly prefer it more than some 9 course meals!

Anyway,I do not know what this dish is called in HK or oversea..
In Japan case,French restaurant(standing in Japan) is the birthplace of this cuisine.they named it "doria"

"doria" inspired from French cuisine called doria. Both has same dish name but so much difference looks,their's no comparison between them.it's funny,isn't it?😁 anyway,i also love such gratin dishes..These dishes remind me my childhood family dining..😌🍴✨
