Basque Cheesecake / バスク チースケーキ

材料・調味料 (6” pan)
Cream cheese
420 g.
salt
1/4 tsp.
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp.
sugar
135 g.
egg

whipping cream
105 g.
作り方

Warm the oven at 230C.

Line a 6” pan with parchment.

Beat cream cheese until soft and no lump remains.

Add sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Beat until they’re combined.

Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.

Add whipping cream. Mix together well.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and put in the oven. Bake for about 30 mins or until cheesecake turns a little dark brown on the top. (The cheesecake is still jiggling when you softly shake the pan.)

Once the cake is cooled down. Put it the fridge overnight.

To serve, use hot towel to wipe your knife before each cut to get a neatly cut slice.
ポイント

- Don’t overbake the cake to get black brown top because your cake might have bitter taste. A little dark brown top is just fine.
