Rice Starch and Pumpkin seed soup Native Nigeria Dish.. Tuwo Shinkafa + Egusi soup

Overcooked Rice
2 cups
Pumpkin seeds
1small cup
Palm oil
1 ckngspn
Ugu or bitterleaf
5sticks
water
3cups
spices
4cubes

Cook meat and set meat stock aside.

cook rice till it starts melting. Use a pestle to turn till it moulds and looks smooth

Back to soup,
Add Egusi to stock and cook on medium heat with already added tomato sauce & pepper.

Add meat & stock cubes, ginger powder, diced onions, salt then allow cook for 3mins.

Add little water and meat then allow cook for 3 more minutes and serve
ポイント

You can use semovita if your rice doesn't mould
