Steps:
Defrost the Turkey breast as least 2 days before roasting
Wash the turkey breast and dap it dry
Marinate with garlic and chicken stock sauce.
Then line the streaky bacon until it covers the top surface of the turkey and secure it with butcher's twine (string) so as to hold the turkey breast and bacon. Wrap with cling wrap and pop in fridge to marinate overnight.
Remove turkey breast from the fridge 2 hours before roasting.
Cover the turkey with foil
And roast for around 1hr 45 mins using 170 degree Celsius (preheat oven).
* Remove the foil after 45 mins so as to expose the top part to brown the streaky bacon.
Use a thermometer and insert in the middle of the turkey to checked if the turkey is cooked through and internal temperature is around 68 - 70 degrees celsius. Remove from oven and allow it to rest before cutting away the strings and slice.
