lets make the grilled sandwich: in a bowl, mix cranberries and yogurt together until well combine. set aside. in a pan over medium heat, drizzle in some olive oil. once the oil is heated up, add in the turkey breast and gravy. saute until most of the liquid is evaporated. remove from heat and set aside

spread 1 side of the bread slices with butter. place the slices, buttered side down on a working board. spread the cranberries mixture on one of the sandwich slices, top with turkey breast, sprouts and coriander. lastly top it off with mozzarella slices. cover with the bread slice, buttered side up. gently press the sandwich down

using the same pan over medium-low heat, gently place the sandwich onto the pan. using the back of spatula, press the sandwich down. grilled until bottom side is browned. gently flip the sandwich and continue grilling until browned. remove from heat and transfer onto serving plate

lets prepare the coffee. add coffee and condensed milk into a mason jar with a seal lid. add boiling water, about 1/4 cup. cover the jar with the lid and shake the coffee mixture is foamy. using the back of your spoon to block the foam as you pour the coffee into serving cup. fill the cup with more boiling water until almost full. using your spoon to scoop the foam onto the coffee

serve the sandwich with the coffee. voila! a great way to make full use of Xmas dinner leftovers!
