Wash radish and its leaves. Cut leaves in strips. Shred radish and carrot. Crush garlic. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Put olive oil in a large saucepan or pot over medium heat. Stir in the potatoes and carrots, salt and pepper, vegeta, and sauté adding a little bit of water so not to burn.

When potatoes is done add 1tbs of wheat cream then add water. Add radish leaves, reduce heat, and simmer 15-20min. You can add more or less water depends if you like your soup more thick or not.

Remove it from the stove and mix in eggs with milk. Serve with shredded radish.
