Wash n rinse the scallops. Pat dry

Soften the vermicelli with warm water 15-20 minutes. Boil a pot of water n blanch the vermicelli noodles for 10 seconds. Rinse under tap water immediately

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat add garlic till browny

Mix the garlic with the seasoning sauce

Prepare for steaming : place a handful of vermicelli then scallop, spring onion n pour the seasoning sauce
