Soak chickpeas into cold water with 1tbs soda for overnight (10-12hours).

Wash chickpeas well and drain. Put chickpeas into the casserole with water and 1bay leaf and bring to a boil. Remove foam with a skimmer. Cook until half done for 45min.

Add chopped onion and garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, cubed tomato and sun dried tomatoes and cook for another 45min. In the end add juice of 1 lemon.
