did you use fresh plums? also added lemon juice into cheese appareille?
Yes fresh plums, and a Bit of lemon juice But a Lot of lemon zest. I used a Kind of Ricotta which is called Topfen in Vienna.
sounds so yum!! I also luv ricotta cheese😋 Austrian desserts are so coool👍✨
