With truffle ricotta and mortadella.
Had one of these big size ones at forno campo di fiori in Rome.I had leftover ricotta in the fridge,so I mixed it up with truffle paste and use it instead of mozzarella.

子供の頃、近所に初めてのイタリア料理店が出来たとき、スップリを食べてカルチャーショックを受けた懐かしい思い出が蘇る♡

You are right,this should be called suppli,because of the shape and size,even better than arancini!
Haha,culture shock,I could imagine!
That's why Japan is so interesting for me,it has it's own very rich culture,and at he same time,you get very traditional things from foreign too.This couldn't be found in HK,and we are supposed to be a a city with mixed culture....
