Sweet potatoe and pumpkin gratin

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Butternut squash diced
3 cups
Chestnut paste
1/3 cup
Sweetened condenses milk
1/3 cup
Crunched cookies (any type)
1 cup

Cook the butternut squash until tender (oven, steamed or in boiling water) and mash them with a fork

Pour in a pan that goes in the oven, mix in the chestnut paste and the sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle on top the cookies

Bake for 10 minutes at 350F

You can also use a mis of pumpkin and sweet potatoes
