Lobster tortelloni at Centro Restaurant

Lobster tortelloni at Centro in Des Moines, IA. Freshly made pasta with lobster and marscapone filling and in a lobster and sweet corn sauce topped with fresh local cherry tomatoes. Tomatoes and corn added a nice sweetness to dish. Only criticism I would have is that the pasta was a bit too thick.
