Rick's Hasselback Apple

目からウロコのハッセルバックアップル🍎
ポテトが定番のハッセルバックを林檎に応用するリックのアイディアに、なるほど〜っと感動して、早速作りました。
トフィーソースを作る時間がなく、いつもの焼き林檎のようにシナモンシュガーとバターです。
八角を加えたのは初めて。とても良い香りです😋

That's was very quick,and that's the point,isn't it?Really good last minute dessert if you suddenly feel like it!I have a little water in the pan,add the spices in the water,put on the apples,also butter,cover and bake 15 minutes then,remove lid and baked another 10.
Toffee sauce is quick too,you could make it while you are baking the apples,10mins max!They are so good together,please try next time!
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream too and you'll be in heaven!!
