flour tortilla

fresh squeezed lime juice
kosher salt (coarse)
作り方

mince two cloves of garlic

heat about half an inch of oil on medium heat in 8-10 inch fry pan 3 minutes

reduce heat to lowest setting then add minced garlic

heat on low for approximately five minutes

cut tortilla into approximately 1 to 1 & a half inch wide triangles

turn the heat on the oil back up to medium wait 3-4 minutes before frying tortilla chips

when edges of the tortilla are slightly brown flip once

remove from oil, place on paper towel to absorb excess oil, then add salt

poach egg

arrange tortilla chips on plate

mix salsa and sour cream

safety poached egg on the tortilla chips

add the salsa

decorate with sprig of thyme

Sprinkle with fresh lime juice and a dash of coarse kosher salt
