Open sandwich with smoked salmon and egg

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Spelt bread
1 slice
Country style soft cheese
1 tablespoon
Cucumber cut diagonally
3 slices
Egg

Smoked salmon
1 oz
Fresh chopped dill
To taste
Paprika or chili powder
Pinch
Salt, black pepper
Pinch
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon

Toast the bread.

Scoop the country cheese with measuring spoon and Spread evenly on your heavenly crunchy toast :-)

Cut the cucumber diagonally and arrange on top of the cheese, season with salt.

Fry the egg sunny side up in olive oil and season with black pepper and paprika (I don't salt the egg because we salted the cucumbers and smoked salmon is very salty as well). Turn the egg over and make over easy egg...lol. Is it too much?

Place the egg on top of your sandwich. Cover everything with salmon and add some fresh dill on top. Enjoy!
