Beet and carrot salad with coriander and pine nuts;))

Carrots

Small beet

Fresh coriander
Pine nuts
20g
Salt and pepper
To taste
Dressing
Honey

Lemon juice

Wine vinegar or Apple vinegar
50ml
Olive oil
30ml
作り方

Peel vegetables, shred carrots and beer finely. Sprinkle beet with a salt and little sugar, add wine vinegar and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Mix carrot and beet, add chopped coriander, salt and pepper to taste and season with honey lemon olive oil dressing.

Sprinkle with pine nuts while serving portions.
