Beet and carrot salad with coriander and pine nuts;))

- Peel vegetables, shred carrots and beer finely. Sprinkle beet with a salt and little sugar, add wine vinegar and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- 2
- Mix carrot and beet, add chopped coriander, salt and pepper to taste and season with honey lemon olive oil dressing.
- 3
- Sprinkle with pine nuts while serving portions.
