Combine soyu, 1 tbs olive oil, oyster sauce, & crushed garlic into a small bowl and mixed well

Into fry pan, heat 2 tbs olive oil, sauté sliced red pepper and chives until fragrant. Add eggs on top, and spread the oil until the egg is cooked, then put the sauce into it. Wait for 2 mins and the eggs are ready to be served on top of the steam rice
