In a big jar, pour wine and honey. Add cloves and cinnamon and sprinkle the roses over the top.

Cover with a cotton towel and close the lid.

In the first week, shake the jar so that the spices can be combined.

In the second week, drain the wine and put all the spices in a net, put back to the jar and press with something heavy to the bottom of the jar. Let rest for 30days in dark cook place.
