Fried plantains chips

レシピ
材料・調味料 (5 人分)
(bright green)Plantains
3-4
Veggie or canola Oil
Sea salt or table salt
Wax paper or spoon (for flatning)
作り方

(Heat oil to medium heat, or 5)

Open and cut plantains into quarter of an inch cut sizes.

then using wax paper or spoon flatten each piece.

Add good amount of flatten plantains to heated oil ,and watch.

Leave to fry on each side for approximately 2-3 minutes then flip and repeat ..

Then safely remove and season with sea salt.

Let cool on baking rack or paper towel ..

Now Enjoy !!
