Beef shin jelly with ginger bud
Not sure if I got the title right,but it's a dish I once had at Kyoto's Maruyama,the addition of minced fresh ginger bud made a huge different rather then just a plain beef jelly.
The plate was shattered when in transport,but still usable,I think....

你說得對,日本人擁有獨到的審美眼光,而又最懂得欣賞殘缺感的美。這隻運送途中給弄碎了,但幸運地形狀保持得不錯的,便放膽試用在這裡,不至於太浪費...很隨便,單憑直覺的,見笑了!
この旧そうな陶片は日本の物ですか?中国か高麗の物ですか?使い方が素晴らしいですね。

This plate was originally made by an Chinese artist,it got broken when in transport to HK.Unlike Japan,this happens very often.
I felt it was good enough to use...
