Yes, it's a big piece of pigs-neck which was marinated for 24hrs.
For the marinade 6 WHOLE madame Jeanette peppers should be used, we used just 1.......and it was still very fiery......6 would be unbearable to us Dutch folk.....:-)
But the taste is great though!
