Make the pancake by mixing all the ingredients, then heat the fry pan and oil then fry the pancakes one by one.

For the filling, chop all veges and fry them together with the minced meat, when everything is fried, add water and let it boil very well for around 30min.

When the water decreased, add fresh cream, salt and pepper.

Put the meat mixture on each pancake and roll them.

Make the sauce by mixing fresh cream, paprika and salt.

Spread the sauce on the pancakes and bake them at 180c for around 20min.
