Pandan Butter Cake

レシピ
材料・調味料 (10 slices)
butter
170 gr
granulated sugar
100 gr
egg yolk
3 pcs
flour
135 gr
salt
1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/3 tsp
coconut milk
45 ml
pandan extract juice
3/4 tsp
egg white
3 pcs
cream of tartar
1/2 tsp
granulated sugar

作り方

heat the oven with 170 C for 15 mnt

mix the egg yolk and butter until thick and pale colour

put the egg yolk one by one and mix around 10 sec each egg yolk

weight and mix flour, salt, baking powder

add 1/2 qty of the coconut milk into the egg batter and mix it well.

then put 1/2 portion of the flour mixture - folded into the batter

then add the rest of the coconut milk, folded in, then put the rest of the flour mixture and folded in again, until all of them mixed well.

final - add the pandan extract and mixed well

in the other bowl..make the meringue (whisk the egg white and cream of tartar /lemon juice / vinegar) until soft peak...then put the sugar bit by bit while whisked / mixed it untik it become firm / hard peak.

folded 1/2 portion of the meringue into the caka batter..folding it..then put the rest of the meringue into it and folded it until it all mixed well

pour the mixture into the pan that has been cover with parchment paper...bake it 170 C for 20 minutes then lower the temp to 150 C and bake it for 25 to 30 minute or until cake tester comes out clean

take it out fron the oven, bang it for 3 times..let it cool for 5 minute...take out from the pan..cover with plastic wrap..let it cool overnight..the cut the cake the next day...it will taste better
