ローストし過ぎたビーフ☆

焼き過ぎてもた😱💦

今日は和食の予定でしたが、近所のおばちゃんから塊のお肉頂きまして、急遽ロースト。
お肉料理は火入れが難しいなぁ。。
With ヨークシャープディングとローストポテト。

😱No way,Yorkshire pudding!!!When I lived in UK,this used to be my favourite Sunday roast!I haven't had a good Yorkshire pudding for a long time,watching this stirs up all my childhood memories now,thanks for this!You really are amazing,I mean how do you learn all these traditional British food!?And

wow,roasties(roast potatoes)too! Beef still reddish inside,so not overcooked too much I think. As someone very familiar to this dish,I am telling you that you have nailed it!
