김치 볶음밥 キムチチャーハン

材料・調味料
Rice
Kimchi
Minced garlic
Sesame seeds
Sesame oil
Seaweed (korean)
Kimchi juice (liquid)
Dashi stock
作り方

Put oil and garlic in pan. Heat to release flavor then add minced kimchi.

Fry kimchi in pan, cooking until slightly translucent. Then add kimchi liquid. Bring to a boil and add dashi stock.

When boiling add rice and mix thoroughly. Put enough rice so it does not turn to porridge texture.

Finally plate and dress with sesame seeds, korean seaweed flakes, and extra sesame oil!
ポイント

Extra fermented kimchi is delicious when making this dish. I always make this when i have a lot of leftover rice!
