Carbonara! 🇮🇹 real carbonara

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Cod fillet

Tomato sauce
Half a plate
Small fennel
1/2
Capers
1 spoon
Olive oil
1 spoon
作り方

Cut the fennel in half by the long side. Slice the fennel in small slices (king of half moon shaped) cutting from the small side.

Put the cod (also if it's frozen) into a plate (bowl kind of plate) and pour flush on it the olive oil.

Add the fennel and the capers and the sauce

Let it cook (in the plate is fine) on the microwave for 13-15 up mins at least at 600W ( or higher if you have).

Check if it's properly cooked( the fish will smell cooked and be extremely easy to cut even just by touching it). Actually my Samsung microwave has a program for that so I don't know the exact timing.

To go vegan use tofu instead of cod ✌︎('ω'✌︎ )

Not vegan unless you change the meat with tofu and egg with something else. This is carbonara authentic Italian, made with guanciale ham, eggs, pecorino cheese 🧀, black pepper(^з^)-☆
