Let it cook (in the plate is fine) on the microwave for 13-15 up mins at least at 600W ( or higher if you have).

Check if it's properly cooked( the fish will smell cooked and be extremely easy to cut even just by touching it). Actually my Samsung microwave has a program for that so I don't know the exact timing.
